International Student Homestay/Administration Assistant


ABOUT THE POSITION

The International Student Homestay/Administration Assistant plays a key role in supporting our international students living in homestay accommodation. This position ensures students feel welcome and supported, while also assisting host families to provide a safe, inclusive and enriching environment that promotes learning and meaningful cultural exchange.

This is a part-time position (3 days per week) with the commencement date to be negotiated with the successful candidate.

ABOUT YOU

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional to provide dedicated support to our international students and host families as well as support the administrative operations of the International Education Centre.

You will have;

  • Experience in administration, preferably within an education or international student context.
  • An understanding of international student compliance and administration.
  • Multilingual skills and prior experience working with international students (an advantage).
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with host families, students and education agents.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills.
